Woo! Another sketchy sketch day! So, I’ve been a bit quiet on this whole internet front lately, I know, I know. It’s because I’ve been radically changing how I go about making comics, more or less. You know, not really a big deal or anything. I’ve been recently exploring the magical world of Everything That Isn’t a Micron Pen, and oh man! There’s so many cool ways to draw out there! I drew this feisty-looking lady with a blue pencil (Staedtler, is there nothing you can’t do?), and then inked using a REAL INDIA INK with a REAL BRUSH. Gadzooks! So much fun! Too much fun! I should try to find out if it’s illegal to have this much fun doodling about.
Anyhoo, I’ve taken a big departure from the world of Digital Comics for now. Who knows, maybe I’ll go back to it later, maybe I won’t. Not to be knocking digital comics of course! John Allison’s Bad Machinery is one of the best things I’ve ever read, and he does practically all his work on the computer. In fact, it was what I was striving for when I first started doing the computer comics. Not that I am anywhere near as skilled yet, but I imagine that someday I’ll get close, at least. Check it out, it’s great. In the meantime, I’m finishing up that minicomic I’ve been yelling about for a while, and then I want to really start sinking my teeth into Monsters again. Stick around! I have plans! Muahahahaha.
*ahem*
Yes, sorry, just keep moving.

Bullshit!! you can’t just abandon the middle of a plot-line! You need to at least provide a narrative summary with some sense of conclusion!
also, come to music night (tuesdays now) again soon!
It’s not abandoned! It’s not abandoned! Don’t worry! Monsters is coming back, just in hand-drawn and colored form instead of computers. I would never leave you hanging. And I’ll be there next week for sho.
great! i look forward to seeing you again – i need some tips on my banjoing!!
